Two hundred and ninety seven (297) games have been played in the betPawa Premier League with a total number of Six hundred and twenty-six (626) goals scored with one round of match to end the League season.

Week one recorded 11 goals and the least among the 33 weeks. Match day 15 and Match day 33 have recorded the highest number goals in the league with 26 goals each. Match day 26 and Match day 30 also recorded 25 goals.

This record is only one goal shy  of the 2021/22 season that recorded a total number of Six hundred and Twenty-seven (627) goals in the season and with one more round to go, there is a huge possibility that the 2022/23 season will surpass last season's record.
