Two match-day-22 games were cleared on Wednesday in the OneTouch Premier League and both matches ended in draws.

Accra Hearts of Oak failed to take advantage of a first half lead, allowing Heart of Lions to draw level and share the spoils at the Ohene Djan Stadium in their outstanding league match.

The outcome of the game further heightened the pressure in the camp of the Phobians following a change in management.

Eric Gawu opened the scoring for the defending champions in the 18th minute and they looked like coasting to their seventh win this season as they held onto the lead for a greater part of the game.

However, a second half stunner by the away team drew the anger of the home fans.

Lions striker, Emmanuel Banahene canceled out the lead by Hearts in the 53rd minute after he rose above Hearts keeper Laud Quartey to nod in the equalizer.

At the Baba Yara Stadium, King Faisal played out a 2-2 drawn game with Zaytuna United, who finished the last two minutes of the match with ten players.

Abraham Basit put Faisal in the lead in the 7th minute before Zaytuna drew level after 54 minutes through substitute, Joseph Masiri’s 35-metre free kick left goalkeeper Osei Boateng sprawling.

Fifteen minutes after the equalizer, King Faisal, again jumped into the lead with Eric Kwaku Poku poking the ball into the post from close range.

But Zaytuna were on hand to draw level once again with Nicholas Coffie, scoring the equalizer in the 78th minute.

With two minutes to end the game, Zaytuna’s Charles Manu was shown the red card after he picked up a second yellow card, this time for time wasting.
