Windy Professionals coach Daniel Agbogah fined GHc500 with three match ban

The Disciplinary Committee of the GFA has fined coach of Windy Professionals, Daniel Agbogah an amount of GHc500 with three matches ban in respect of his club’s Match Day 5 GN Bank Division One League match against Dwarfs FC.

According to the match reports, in the 71st minute of the match the coach of Windy Professionals FC Daniel Agbogah was expelled from the bench to the stands for being abusive and insulting towards the 4th referee.

This action or inaction of your coach is in clear violation of Article 50 of the Disciplinary Code of the Ghana Football Association.

As a result of that, in accordance with Articles 18(4) and 50 of the Disciplinary Code of the Ghana Football Association, Daniel Agbogah, coach of Windy Professionals FC is hereby: 1. ban for three (3) matches; and 2. fined an amount of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHc500.00) payable to the GFA within 14 days upon receipt of this letter.

Also pursuant to Article 39(8)(b) and 39(8)(d) of the General Regulations of the GFA, should he fail to pay the fines stated above within the stipulated 14 days upon the receipt of this letter, the club shall forfeit all its subsequent matches until the fine is fully paid.
