Wa Allstars will go into the Match day 3 full of confidence after they held Medeama FC to a goalless draw in their second game of the season played at the Tarkwa T&A park.

The home side was expecting to record a first win in the season but the resilient Wa Allstars team proved too difficult to beat.

Coach Jimmy Koblah’s side denied Medeama an opportunity to earn their first three points and to score their first goal of the 2014/2015 First Capital Plus Premier League season.

Having already won their maiden game of the season, the draw takes Wa Allstars into a top-four position with Medeama lying 15th on the league table.
