Vision FC trounce Kings Palace to hold on to top spot in Zone Three

Zone three leaders Vision FC trounced Kings Palace 3-0 to hold on to the top spot in Zone Three of the Access Bank Division One League.

After an explosive start to the game, Habib Ganiyu scored the first goal for Vision FC in the 44th minute before Gideon Offei doubled the lead for the home side in the 47th minute.

After the interval, Prince Asante put the icing on the cake for Vision FC in the 60th minute with a sumptuous finish.

Elsewhere, Na God FC came out victorious against Uncle T United to keep the pressure on inform Vision FC.

Brefo Owusu scored the only goal of the match in the 64th minute to help his side record a 1-0 victory over the visitors. Only one point separates league leaders Vision FC from Na God who have 25 points after Matchday 11.

Still in the Zone, Golden Kick FC recorded a 3-1 victory over Okwawu United at the Tema Park. Eric Owusu Agyemang of Okwawu United scored an own goal to give the home side an 8th minute lead before Owusu Dacosta scored a brace with two spot kicks in the 29th and 66th minutes to wrap it all up.

With two minutes to end proceedings, Twumasi Asare Frimpong got one consolation goal for Okwawu United in the 88th minute.
