Forty-eight Division Two sides from around the country secure places in the preliminary round of the 2014-15 MTN FA Cup.

The third-tier Clubs will be entered into a draw for the first round of matches in the Cup competition for qualification to the Round of 64.

Asante Kotoko are the reigning Cup champions. The Porcupine Warriors beat Inter Allies 2-1 in the final of last season's final to become the fourth different winner in the last four seasons of the competition.

The team that emerges as winner of the MTN FA Cup competes in the CAF Confederations Cup.
