Another busy weekend of premiership football action sees all sixteen sides go in search of crucial points as the Glo Premier League enters match-day-6.

Asante Kotoko and Chelsea warmed up for the weekend’s crucial premiership face-off with defeats in their last round of games respectively.

Kotoko suffered an embarrassing 2-1 defeat, their first this season, at the hands of another debutant, Sporting Mirren.

Chelsea failed to hold onto their unbeaten run after losing 1-3 at home to Real Tamale United.

Though an uninspiring performance from the champions and the league debutants, both will need to overcome the past week’s setback as they try to get their campaigns back on track beginning with Sunday’s top liner.

Champions, Kotoko can remain in the lead – which has four other teams all on level points - with a win against the premiership debutants, Chelsea, when both sides meet at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.

In Accra, Hearts of Oak would be home at the Ohene Djan Stadium to Gamba All Blacks while at the Tema Stadium, Tema Youth will attempt to halt the impressive form of Sporting Mirren after their vital 2-1 win over Kotoko last week, which happened to be their first this season.

Real Tamale United would have a tough game on their hands when they host Wa All Stars at the Tamale Stadium. The Blues remain the only unbeaten side in the premiership after five rounds of matches.

At the Sekondi Sports Stadium, Eleven Wise welcome Liberty Professionals while Kessben FC hosts King Faisal in a regional clash at the Abrankese stadium.

AshantiGold, who have remained unimpressive this season, would head to Berekum to play Arsenals at the Golden City Park.

Bottom-placed Sekondi Hasaacas will visit the Kpando Park where they take on second-placed, Heart of Lions.
