Ghana makes just one change to the team that started the previous Group C opener at the African Nations Championship as they meet Libya on Friday.

Midfielder Michael Akuffu gets to make his first start at the tournament exclusive to players based in their home countries.

The Asante Kotoko player takes the place of Jackson Owusu for the top-of-the-table clash in Bloemfontein at 15:00 GMT.

Libya lead the log with a better goal advantage over Ghana after both sides won their opening matches.

Maxwell Konadu's side are chasing a second-straight win which will all but secure them a place in the next round of the tournament in South Africa.

Ghana Line up:

Stephen Adams, Godfred Saka, Tijani Joshua, Nuru Sulley, Kwabena Adusei, Michael Akuffu, Richard Mpong, Jordan Opoku, Mohammed Sulley, Yahaya Mohammed, Theophilus Anobaah
