Asante Kotoko came from behind to share the spoils with Ebusua Dwarfs in their 2-2 draw on Sunday as the season reached the halfway stage.

The Porcupine Warriors now hold a seven-point lead at the top after their rivals, Hearts of Oak lost away while AshatiGold could only draw at home.

However, Kotoko will be happy to leave Cape Coast with a point after going down two-nil just ten minutes into the start of the game.

Kotoko conceded the first goal from a corner kick Frederick Boateng found space at the far post to connect the opener in the 5th minute.

Five minutes later and from another corner kick, Kotoko failed to find their markers. They were punished when Richard Gadze scored the second goal for the home side.

The Champions pulled one back in the 23rd minute through Abdul Yusif before the league's leading scorer, Seidu Bancey scored the equaliser in the second half.

In Tema, Hasaacas staged a great revival to win over Amidaus Professionals 3-2.

Amidaus led 2-0 through goal from Daniel Goza's first minute penalty and Isaac Amoah.

But Hasaacas in the second half scored three times to win the game with Frederick Quayeson, Theophilus Nyame and Richard Amoah finding target.
