Champions Asante Kotoko will face Paga Crocodiles in the Round of 64 in the MTN FA Cup competition after the live draw which was held on Wednesday.
Wednesday's draw saw the sixteen premier league sides who joined the Cup competition after drawing a bye during the preliminary round matches, go through a draw which included 48 lower tier sides.
The 64 teams were divided into two zones, North and South, according to their geographical locations.
Whiles the reigning Champions will have to travel to Paga to begin their title defence, Berekum Chelsea will host New Edubiase in an all Premier ship tie.
In the Southern zone, Hearts of Oak will face Elmina Sharks while Eleven Wise play at home against Okwahu United amongst other interesting pairings.
Winners of the MTN FA Cup which is a knockout competition, will represent Ghana at the CAF Confederations Cup.
