Cup holders, Medeama have drawn Okwawu United in the last 16 of the MTN FA Cup following Thursday's draw.
The fourth round matches of the Cup competition will be played between February 20-23.
Medeama will travel to Nkawkaw for the fourth round tie as they attempt a successful title defence.
Asante Kotoko, who are chasing two domestic titles will face second-tier side Istanbul in Kumasi while former champions New Edubiase will meet Feyenoord in Gomoa.
