Ghana coach Maxwell Konadu says his players are desperate to play again for their country when they come up against Libya again in the competition.
Konadu's side, like their opponents for the final, Libya, won their last-four match on penalties after drawing goalless in 120 minutes on Wednesday.
Silver-medalist in the first edition of the tournament exclusive to players based in their home countries, Ghana are hoping to come up on top this time round in final at 18:00GMT.
"Our boys were over-stretched in the semi-finals against Nigeria so we did some little recovery. The boys are ready. Those who were not too well, I think majority of them have recovered and are ready for action," Konadu told www.ghanafa.org.
"We have played Libya before. The first was in Tunisia last year and they beat us 1-0. The second was in the group stage and we played 1:1. This will be a decider for the two teams."
The bigger question for Konadu will be how to approach this game after Ghana drew 1-1 with Libya during the group phase.
"I think the Libyans are a good side and we all agree to that. They have a well-experienced coach.
"We have to be very careful with our approach. I think the match is going to be a very difficult match because both teams know each other very well."
With either side reaching the final after winning during penalties, Konadu says he would not want the game to travel into shoot-outs.
"We cannot tell what will happen but just in case we get there, we will have to take it.
"But we don't want it to go into penalties again. We will try our best and end the game in 90 minutes. We will do our best," he said.
The Ghana coach, who will be missing defender Kwabena Adusei, who was red-carded in the previous game, says his side have better technical players as he stressed that they are not physical.
"Normally, we were not expecting what happened on the pitch the last time we had a red card. It was something that we never thought would happen.
"I don't think that is our style of play. We are not too physical a team as some people might think.
"We have a team that is technically better than the physical aspect of the game and knowing our opponents too, we know they are very fast with some skillful players so we just need to take our time so that we are not taken unawares."
