Hearts of Oak host Bechem United, Lions clash with Chelsea Sunday

Accra Hearts of Oak and Bechem United will face off at the Baba Yara Sports stadium in Kumasi Sunday. The Phobians who are chasing only their fourth win in the league will come up against a Bechem United side that has improved tremendously in the last eleven League games.

Accra Hearts of Oak currently sit in 12th place in the league table with 18 points and are winless in their last 5 games. They have won 2, drawn 4 and lost 1 at home, scoring 7 and conceding 5 goals in the process.

Bechem United on the other hand are occupying the 6th position with 26 points, having won 3, drawn 1 and lost 1 in their last 5 games.

The Hunters have won 2, drawn 3 and suffered 3 defeats on the road - scoring 9 and conceding 10 goals - to be the third best side with most accumulated points away from home.

Dreams FC also boast of a very fit and strong squad that consists of Abdul Aziz Issah, Derrick Agyei, Seth Agyemang, John Antwi, Godfred Atuahene, Agyenim Boateng Mensah, Emmanuel Danquah, Abdul Jalilu, McCarthy Ofori and Sulemana Suhiyini.

The game is scheduled for 3pm kick off at the Nana Agyemang Badu I Park at Dormaa, Sunday.

At the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Abrankese, Nations FC will clash with Nsoatreman FC in one of the weekends toughest fixtures. Nations FC are 7th in the League table with 24 points having won 3, drawn 1 and recorded 1 defeat in their last 5 games.

They have accumulated 18 points at home with an unbeaten record of 5 wins and 3 draws. Kasim Mingles side have scored 14 and conceded 5 goals in 8 home matches making them part of the top 5 clubs with the most home points in the League.

Nsoatreman FC are 4th in the league table - level on 27 points with Aduana FC who are third in the table having won 2, drawn 1 and recorded 2 defeats in their last 5 games. Maxwell Konadu's side have managed to accumulate 8 points on the raod in the first round of the season - scored 6 and conceded 8 goals so far.

This clash will be the first of its kind between the two teams in the League since Nations FC's qualifications qualification this season - only one season after Nsoatreman FC made an entry into the League. Nations FC will start as favorites due to their unbeaten record at home.

Barimah Baah is expected to blend with Asamoah Boateng Afriyie upfront for the home side on Sunday. Other players include, Emmanuel Agyemang, Sadiq Alhassan, Micheal Awuah, Emmanuel Boahene, Amidou Diarra, Victor Oduro, Razak Simpson and Nafiu Sulemana.

For Nsoatreman FC, top scorer, Manaf Umar is in hand for a start as he aims to add to his 6-goal tally on Sunday. Stephan Diyou, Walid Neymah Fuseini, Mohammed Issaka, Emmanuel Kotei, Collins Kudjoe, Meider Kwabena, Sadat Mohammed, Eric Osei Bonsu, Mohammed Abdul Rahaman, Morrison Anokye and Philip Ofori are all fit to start for the visitors.
