GFA's letter of condolence to Mubarak Wakaso

Dear Mubarak Wakaso,

I was deeply saddened to learn of the death of Mubarak Jnr and I would like to express my deepest condolences to you, your wife and your family on behalf of the entire management and staff of the Ghana Football Association.

Mubarak Jnr's passing is particularly poignant because he was so bright and active.

We do not know why these things happen. You can be comforted by the fact that your child was so handsome and so loved by all of us while he was with us.

The GFA will offer you all the support you need in this difficult period.

Please accept our heartfelt condolences at this heart-rending time and we ask you to please pass these sentiments on to your wife and the entire Wakaso family.
