In respect of count two which was also dismissed, B.A United were charged for the failure and refusal to pay the fine of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHc200) within the stipulated fourteen (14) days after the fine was communicated for the entire second round of this season, as a result of a red card shown to their player, Charles Manu in their match against Techiman City FC played at Techiman in the first round.
