The Black Stars put up an impressive second half performance to beat Liberia 3-1 in an international friendly match played at the Accra Sports Stadium on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.

Ernest Nuamah and Kudus Mohammed were on target again for the Black Stars days after their goals at the Baba Yara Stadium saw Ghana through to secure a slot to participate in the 2023 AFCON in Ivory Coast.

After an impressive performance, Nuamah latched on to a long pass and slotted home to put the Black Stars up by a goal in the 53rd minute.

The pacy winger then set up Kudus Mohammed for a spectacular goal that doubled Ghana's lead.

Substitute Jordan Ayew then added Ghana's 3rd goal of the day with a few minutes to the end of the game.

However, Teah managed to grab a consolation goal for the away team just before the final whistle.

The Black Stars will play two friendly games against USA and Mexico next month as they continue preparations for the 2023 AFCON.
