The Executive Council of the Western Regional Football Association (WRFA) has made donation of One Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHc1000) to players of Royal Jets FC who were involved in a near fatal accident on Thursday, August 5, 2021.

The players were returning from Tarkwa where they played Tarkwa United in a second Division match at the Akoon Park.

Vice President of the WRFA George Dadzie Junior who doubles as Chairman for the Competitions Committee led the delegation. Others included Executive Council Member, Malik Mohammed and Public Relations Officer Alex Adu.

The victims are currently receiving treatment at the Tarkwa Municipal hospital.

The Association sympathizes with the families and wishes them a speedy recovery.
