Ghana coach Goran Stevanovic has explained his player selection into the senior side, the Black Stars and insist he has no problems with any member.

Stevanovic told the media on Monday ahead of Ghana's friendly with Nigeria that while he has large pool of players to pick from, he chooses based on his "vision on how the team needs to play."

"I have my vision on how the team needs to play or which type of players I need to invite at every moment.

"Maybe for next game or next opponent, I need another type of player and for Sudan, I made my choice and it fulfilled my choice. I am head coach, I take decisions and stand by them," the Black Stars coach said.

The Ghana coach excluded goalkeeper Richard Kingson and Andre Ayew from his squad for the 2012 Nations Cup qualifier against Sudan.

Specifically, Stevanovic said he hoped goalkeeper Kingson, who was left of the squad for the Nations Cup qualifier would find a club to keep him active and says he had little time to await Andre's return to full fitness before sending out invitations.

Kingson has been without a club since being released by English side Blackpool in June.

"He [Kingson] doesn't have a club at this moment and that is the problem. For a goalkeeper it is very, very difficult.

"And the next problem, in November it is finished [last set of friendly internationals before the 2012 Nations Cup], and our goalkeeper stays two months without a game for the African Cup, No.

"The position of goalkeeper is very difficult," he said

On Andre, the Ghana coach said he was in no position to confirm the player's full recovery at the time of sending out invitations two weeks before the match.

"Andre was injured before the Sudan game and I must give the list of players two weeks before the game. I cannot be sure if his recovery would have been on time. I think I made a right decision."
