At the Okwawu Park in Darkuman, Nima FC take on Kotoku Royals while the Robert Mensah Stadium will host the meeting between Ogua United and Cape Coast Strikers.
On Sunday, Nania, former Cup holders will take on Tema Youth a the Nania Park in Legon.
