The Disciplinary Committee [DC] of the Ghana Football Association would sit on the case between Berekum Arsenals and Asante Kotoko after both sides failed to play their scheduled match-day-6 Glo Premier League game.

The case was referred to the DC by the Premier League Board after receiving the reports of the referee and match commissioner.

And hearing into the case would begin with both sides having also filed notices with the league organisers of events that led to the game being called off due to clash of stripes on October 6, 2010.

Both sides have played five games out of a maximum of six league matches so far.
