Nania FC fined GHc725.00 for failure to present player licenses

Nania FC have been fined a total of GHc725.00 as administrative disciplinary measures for their failure to present player licenses from Match day 1-5 of the GN Bank Division One League.

According to match reports of matches of officials of matches of the club, Nania FC failed to present the player licences of their players for inspection at the matches. This action or inaction of their club is in clear violation of Article 16(5)(a) of the General Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

In accordance with Article 16(5)(a) of the General Regulations of the Ghana Football Association, Nania FC is hereby fined an amount of One Hundred and Twenty-Five Ghana Cedis (GHC125.00)for each of the five matches totaling Seven Hundred and Twenty-Five Ghana Cedis (GHc725.00) payable within 14 days upon receipt of this letter to the GFA.

Also, pursuant to Article 39(8)(b) and 39(8)(d) of the General Regulations of the GFA, should they fail to pay the fines stated above within the stipulated 14 days upon the receipt of this letter, the club shall forfeit all its subsequent matches until the fine is fully paid.
