Asante Kotoko's extended their winning run in the Ghana Premier League after defeating Wa All Stars 1-0 in Wa on Wednesday.

The victory which was made possible by winning their Eric Donkor's finish in the 63rd minute handed the champions their fourth straight win.

Didi Dramani's side are the only side to maintain a hundred percent winning start as they sit at the summit of the log, three points clear of rivals, Hearts of Oak.

Unlike the past season where Kotoko drew their opening four matches, Dramani this time round has picked up all the spoils, including a win over the Phobians on match-day-2.

For Wa All Stars who picked their second consecutive loss, their failure to turn opportunities into goals denied them a share of the spoils.
