Holders Medeama will discover their opponents as they begin the title defence of the MTN FA Cup in the Round of 64 stage.
The draw on Wednesday, December 4 will see the holders and fifteen other premier league sides join the Cup competition after drawing a bye during the preliminary round matches.
Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak will also headline a band elite clubs when the draw is made at 11:00am the Ghana Football Association.
The two traditional giants sides have missed out of Cup glory in the last three editions of the competition, with Kotoko losing in two finals in recent times to Nania and current holders, Medeama.
The team that emerges as winner of the MTN FA Cup competes in the CAF Confederations Cup.
