Laryea Kingston scored his debut goal in the Glo Premier League since his return in January for Hearts of Oak on Wednesday to draw 1-1 against Medeama.

The Phobians fell to a 16 minute goal from the spot by Kwabena Adusei at the packed Tarkwa T&A Park as they begun life without coach Nebojsa Vucicevic, whom they parted company with last Friday.

But ten minutes later, the former Black Stars regular drew Hearts level from a freekick and a share of the spoils as new coach C.K. Akunnor watched from the stands.

Hearts of Oak are still nine points off the summit and just a point ahead of three other teams below them on the standings.
