Claude Le Roy’s says he will change his tactics for Ghana’s last group game in the African Cup of Nations on Monday against Morocco as he reshuffles his pack.

Ghana sit at the summit of Group A with six points play Morocco, who lag behind them by three points at the Ohene Djan Stadium as three teams in the group remain in contention for a place in the last eight.

Laryea Kingston will be absent for the game against Morocco through suspension. The right-winger picked up a second booking on Thursday during Ghana’s match with Namibia.

Laryea’s absence has forced Le Roy to consider a new approach to the game and the Ghana coach admits he is worried with the situation.

“When you are a coach, you are always worried when a player like Laryea is out for a game. I don’t like that. I don’t like a player under suspension and I don’t like it when I see a player injured.

“But we have a lot of players in this squad who can take his place. I would maybe make a new adjustment to our tactics.

“I think our way of playing in the last game won’t be the same like the first two games.” Le Roy said.

Even a draw for Ghana against Morocco will qualify the Black Stars to the quarter-finals.

The other side also vying for a quarter-final berth is Guinea and they take on bottom-placed, Namibia at the Sekondi Sports Stadium, as both final Group A games will kick off simultaneously.
