The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has officially unveiled the logo for the GFA U19 Premier League, marking a significant step in the Association’s efforts to strengthen youth football development and create a clear pathway for young players into elite football.

The pilot edition will commence in the Greater Accra Region, bringing together clubs from the Ghana Premier League and the UMB Division One League in a centralised Game Centre format.

The competition is designed to provide young players with regular, high-level competitive football, while supporting talent identification and strengthening the youth structures of participating clubs.

The introduction of the U19 Premier League forms part of the GFA’s broader commitment to developing the next generation of footballers and creating a sustainable pathway from youth football to the elite game.

The unveiling of the logo signals the start of an exciting new chapter for youth football in Ghana.
