As another Glo Premier League comes to an end, and the curtains are drawn on another pulsating and entertaining season, the spotlight focuses on the bottom three and the pending cases before the adjudicating bodies of the FA.

Prior to Sunday's round of games, the FA confirmed that the final league table would be released following the resolution of all cases.

However, King Faisal found themselves amongst the bottom three sides - which includes Real Tamale United and B.A. Stars - in the 16-club elite division after going down to Hearts of Oak 2-1 on the final day of the 2010-11 season.

The Phobians stunned Faisal at the Baba Yara Stadium with Douglas Nkrumah scoring the opener which was cancelled by Joseph Akoto only for substitute Mahatma Otoo to score the winner for Hearts.

Real Tamale United could only share the spoils on the last day of a disappointing campaign when they drew 1-1 with former champions Aduana Stars.

Sumaila Nyaya headed RTU in front but Aduana their cut back their lead when Nurudeen Ali got the equaliser at the Tamale Sports Stadium.

Bottom side, B.A. Stars were 2-1 winners at the Kpando Park against home side, Heart of Lions.

Osman Sakora and Mohammed Bawa gave B.A. 2-nil lead before Bright Nsiah pulled one back for Lions.

Berekum Arsenals, serving a three-match home ban, honoured their home game against New Edubiase in Cape Coast, winning 3-1.

A hat-trick by Nana Poku was enough to secure them the points as Emmanuel Baffoe got a consolation for Edubiase.

AshantiGold might have appealed a ruling that docked them points but were in good form as they defeated champions Berekum Chelsea 3-0 at the Len Clay Stadium.

Mohammed Yakubu grabbed a brace while Eugene Prempeh also scored to seal victory for the Miners against a Chelsea side reduced to 10 men.

Mighty Jets nicked a 1-0 win past Ebusua Dwarfs at the Akosombo Park courtesy Mohammed Mugson's first half goal.

Medeama's aim to finish second were dashed in Tarkwa as Ahmed Toure scored in the second half to give Asante Kotoko a 1-0 win.

Liberty Professionals proved too strong for Wa All Stars at home, winning the game 3-1.

Michael Helegbe hit a brace as Alfred Nelson also scored for Liberty before Frank Safo Gyamfi pulled one back for All Stars.
