Asare, a holder of a CAF License C coaching certificate, adds her valuable insights and coaching acumen to the coaching staff.

These appointments are in line with the GFA's Women’s Football Strategy, which aims to redefine and elevate women's football in Ghana. The introduction of new national teams, including the U16, U18, U21, and U23 squads, underscores the Association's commitment to nurturing talent at various age levels and providing a pathway for young female players to progress through the ranks.

Frimpong was one of five coaches who were sponsored by the Association to pursue a capacity-building program in the Netherlands.

With his extensive coaching experience and proven track record, Frimpong is poised to inspire and mentor the next generation of female footballers, instilling in them the skills, discipline, and determination needed to succeed at the highest levels of the game.

Supported by Gifty Ayew Asare, whose expertise and dedication to the sport are undeniable, the coaching team is well-equipped to guide the U18 female national team to success.
