Wa All Stars have climbed to second on the table after beating league debutants, Sporting Mirren 2-1 at the Ohene Djan Stadium on Thursday.
The defeat was Mirren's third successive loss in their premiership debut as they stay bottom of the table.
National Under-17 striker, Mahatma Otoo drew first blood for Mirren in the 11th minute but the Blues drew level 12 minutes later through Bawa Mohamed, who poked in from close range.
With four minutes to end the first half, the Wa-based side jumped into the lead when Francis Mantey finished off a move to send the game in the break.
Back from recess, the Blues held onto their first half lead to finish the game winners.
