The Black Princesses held their official training ahead of their WAFU B U20 fixture against host Benin.
Ghana trained in the early hours in Porto-Novo on Thursday, November 6, 2025.
The team's intense training session lasted for two hours, with twenty players partaking in the full training after a long journey. They focused mainly on technical drills to help them recover and maintain their fitness level ahead of the opening fixture.
Ghana will play the opening fixture against host Benin on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 09:00 GMT.
The tournament is scheduled to run from November 7-11, 2025.
