The Disciplinary Committee acknowledges receipt of the outstanding payment of Berekum Chelsea FC’s indebtedness to Player Frank Andoh on the above subject matter in response to the Decision of this Committee in relation to the enforcement of the order given by the Players’ Status Committee.

The Disciplinary Committee has been informed by the Accounts Department of the GFA that; a total sum of Six Thousand and Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢6,500.00) being the debt owed to Player Frank Andoh and One Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢1,000.00) representing a fine imposed on Berekum Chelsea FC in line with Article 63(1) (a) was paid to the GFA on Thursday, April 13, 2017.

Consequently, the request brought by Player Frank Andoh for the enforcement of Article 63 of the Disciplinary Code against Berekum Chelsea FC before the Disciplinary Committee is hereby fully discharged by Berekum Chelsea FC.

That Berekum Chelsea FC is hereby fully released from the sanctions threatened underArticle 63(2) of the GFA Disciplinary Code in the Decision dated March 22, 2017 and Player Frank Andoh and all other clubs are hereby estopped from bringing a complaint or protest for payment before the Disciplinary Committee on this same facts against Berekum Chelsea FC in future.
