Ashanti Region produced a dominant display to secure a thumping 5-1 win over Upper West Region. Ngozi Becca scored a brace to give the host the lead before recess, with Gloria Owusu adding to the tally. Rahinatu Salifu scored the consolation goal for Upper West Region.

Ganyo Forgive scored the only goal as Volta Region edged GFA Elite Academy 1-0, a result that takes Volta Region above GFA Elite Academy to 4th position.

In a dramatic second-half resurgence, Central Region overturned a deficit to defeat Western Region 3-2. Francisca put Western Region ahead early before Rosemond Twum leveled at 1-1. Patience Amponsah restored Western’s lead, Angelina Sam equalized for Central, and Aishatu Yushua grabbed a late winner.

Eastern Region held Northern Region to a goalless draw before winning 4-3 on penalties. The result maintains Northern Region’s position at the top of Group B.
