Afena Gyan, Kamal Deen named in starting lineup against Brazil

Cremonse forward Felix Afena Gyan and Kamal Deen Sulemana have been handed starting roles by Coach Otto Addo in the friendly against Brazil. Gyan will play as the arrow head while Kamal Deen operates on the wings in a 4-3-3 formation.

Ghana is also parading a backline that is made up of Charlton Athletic shot stopper Joseph Wollacott, Denis Odoi, Baba Abdul Rahman, Daniel Amartey and Strasbourg centre back Alexander Djiku.

In midfield, Arsenal FC stalwart Thomas Partey is playing in front of the backline with Captain Andre Ayew and Mohammed Kudus siting on either side of the midfield.

Jordan Ayew has been deployed in a left wing role with Kamal Deen Sulemana working on the other side of the wings while Felix Afena Gyan leads the attack.

The Black Stars will take on the 5-time World Champions at stade de Oceane in Le Harve at 20:30Hrs on Friday, September 2022.
