Tony Yeboah's breathtaking goal against Liverpool 17 years ago is been shortlisted amongst the best 10 in the English Premier League's history.

The Ghana international playing for Leeds United scored a volley from 30 yards out against the Reds to hand his side a 1-0 win at Elland Road in 1995.

Yeboah's strike saw the ball hit the underside of the crossbar to beat David James' dive.

The public will vote on the Best Goal award which also has goals from Matt Le Tissier, David Beckham, Eric Cantona, Paolo di Canio, Thierry Henry, Dennis Bergkamp, Alan Shearer and Wayne Rooney in the running.

The English Premier League is celebrating its 20th anniversary of the competition and awards will be handed to the greatest players, managers and moments from the past 20 years.
