Zone One B leaders Tamale City FC remain the only unbeaten side across all three zones this season after staging a spirited comeback to secure an impressive 3–2 away victory over Bolga All Stars at the Kurt E. S. Okraku Technical Centre in Winkogo over the weekend. Bolga All Stars struck first through Samed Bukari in the 10th minute, but Tamale City FC responded positively as Stephen Amponsah equalized in the 26th minute to ensure the teams went into the break level at 1–1. After the restart, Mohammed Musah Salisu gave the visitors the lead in the 58th minute before Iddrisu Alafia extended their advantage. Bolga All Stars reduced the deficit late on through Fatawu Maiga in the 84th minute, but Tamale City FC held firm to claim all three points. Tamale City FC have now accumulated 35 points from 15 matches.

Elsewhere, Debibi United also moved onto 35 points after 15 games, but crucially opened up a six-point lead at the top of the Zone One B table after being held to a goalless draw by Techiman Liberty Youth at the Ohene Ameyaw Park on Sunday. The fiercely contested encounter saw both sides reduced to ten men in the second half. It marked only the fourth time this season Debibi United have failed to win (D2, L2).

Former Premier League side Real Tamale United bounced back from their previous league defeat in emphatic style, thrashing Sankara Nationals 4–0 at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium to keep the pressure on leaders Tamale City FC. Wisdom Jonas put Real Tamale United in control with goals in the 10th and 43rd minutes. After the interval, Samuel Lamptey added a third before Wisdom Jonas completed his hat-trick with a stunning strike in the 81st minute. Real Tamale United now sit on 28 points from 15 matches, seven points behind city rivals and League leaders Tamale City FC in the table.
