The draw for the Round of 64 of the 2026/27 Women's FA Cup competition has been held successfully today, Friday, November 6, 2026, at the Ghana Football Association Secretariat.

Forty-four (44) Division One League clubs and twenty (20) top-tier clubs across the country will play at this stage of the competition.

The teams were grouped into ten (10) regions to reduce travelling time, cost and also to throw up more regional derbies. Defending Champions, Hasaacas Ladies will play Division One team Blacoe Soccer. There will be an all-Premier League affair when former champions, Ampem Darkoa Ladies face off with Dormaa Candy Soccer.

The Round of 64 is expected to be played between the weekend of 20th to 23rd November, 2026.
