Ghana and Egypt will conclude the three-nation tournament on Thursday as both sides play the final match.

The two sides are still chasing wins after drawing their separate matches, all against Namibia at the Accra Sports Stadium.

With a point apiece, both sides are behind Namibia, who have two points to lead the standings.

The Black Satellites drew 2-2 with Namibia last Sunday and could be crowned champions of the tournament if they beat the Young Pharaohs.

Either way, a win for the Egyptians, who held Namibia to a goalless result will also hand them the title.

The tournament in Accra is aimed at preparing the three countries for the start of the Africa Youth Championship qualifiers later this month.
