Milovan Rajevac is focusing on the more important task of guiding Ghana through a tough group D campaign at the World Cup.

Ghana on Tuesday suffered a 4-1 loss to the Netherlands in the first of two trial matches ahead of the World Cup finals in South Africa.

Utilizing almost his entire squad, Rajevac was keen to see how his side reacted and organised throughout the clash at the De Kuip Stadium in Rotterdam.

Having finished the tie without any injury worries ahead of the final trial game against Latvia on Saturday in London, the coach though unhappy with the result says the World Cup fixtures is the real marker.

"Whatever happens, we cannot drop our heads, we have to continue with our preparations," the Ghana coach said.

“We have a tough group, a very tough group. But we have to do well and play our football. The most important thing is for this group of players to be healthy and ready."

The Black Stars will begin their World Cup campaign on 13 June against Serbia at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Tshwane/Pretoria.

After the opening game against Serbia, Ghana will face Australia and Germany.
