Black Stars coach Chris Hughton was unveiled at the plush SG Mall at Ayigya, a suburb of Kumasi on Monday, March 20, 2023.

The former Newcastle United manager will work as coach of the Ghana national team from March 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024.

His assistants include former Aston Villa and Middlesbrough midfielder George Boateng and Mas-Ud Didi Dramani who formerly coached Asante Kotoko, the Ghana U-20 male team and the national female U-17 team, otherwise known as Black Maidens.
