The Black Starlets, on Sunday morning, held their recovery training session at the Accra Sports Stadium after their first defeat (to Burkina Faso) in the WAFU Zone B U17 Championship.

With all 20 players in attendance, the session, which started at 07:00GMT, lasted for just an hour.

First Deputy Coach Nana Agyeman led the session with support from Second Deputy Jacob Nettey and Goalkeepers Coach Kevin Agyeman.

They took the boys through various exercises to ensure both physical and mental recovery of the team.

The session concluded without any injury concerns, providing both the coaching staff and the playing body with no health concerns to worry about.

The team will resume full scale training, on Monday, at the Accra Sports Stadium to wrap up preparations for the 3rd place playoff with Nigeria on Tuesday.
