While members of his Ghana squad desire to be named in the team roster for Tuesday's friendly against Holland, coach Milovan Rajevac is hoping his players do not suffer any injuries.

Ghana play the Dutch at Rotterdam's De Kuip stadium in a friendly tomorrow, a first for the Black Stars in their build up towards the World Cup in South Africa.

With injury having ruled out Michael Essien and also Emmanuel Agyeman-Badu, Rajevac remains cautious with the approach but says his main objective is to get his entire squad ready “in case we see the repeat of last December” - when Ghana went into the Africa Nations Cup without several key players but still finished as runners-up.

As he prepares his side for the Dutch duel, the Serbian who's first game at the World Cup will come against his native country, Serbia on June 13 insists that he needs a healthy side to go through a tough group D which also includes Australia and Germany.

“We have a tough group, a very tough group. But we have to do well and play our football. The most important thing is for this group of players to be healthy and ready," said Rajevac.

"Whatever happens, we cannot drop our heads, we have to continue with our preparations."
