We have a lowdown of Wednesday's Match Day-25 of the Premier League games as the chase for the title intensify, relegation looms large as giants Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko battle for redemption amid an unflattering campaign.

Medeama SC  v Hearts of Oak - 15:00 GMT,  StarTimes Adepa channel 247 

Defending champions Medeama SC will host Hearts of Oak at the Akoon Park in Tarkwa on Wednesday in the Ghana Premier league matchday 25.

Medeama, smarting from two defeats on the bounce against Accra Lions and FC Samartex 1996, battle the Accra giants who are also without a win in two matches, losing at FC Samartex and at home to Bibiani Gold Stars.

The Mauve and Yellow are lying 9th on the league table with 33 points, having won 1, drawn 1 and suffered 3 defeats in their last 5 league games.

The Tarkwa-based are the 7th  best club with most points accumulated at home this season after recording 24 points, scoring 10 and conceding 3 league goals in the process.

At the Kpando Sports Stadium on Wednesday, Heart of Lions who are battling relegation,  will lock horns with in-form Accra Lions

Heart of Lions have lost 3, drawn 1 and won 1 in their last 5 league games with 22 points accumulated after matchday 24 and are currently 17th on the league table.

Real Tamale United v Nations FC - 15:00 GMT

At the Naa Sheriga Sports Complex in Tamale, bottom placed RTU will battle second- placed Nations FC.

Real Tamale United, who have recorded only 6 wins in this campaign after matchday -24, remain at the bottom of the league table with 22 points, having won 1, drawn 1 and suffered 3 defeats in their last 5 outings.

Legon Cities v FC Samartex - 15:00 GMT

Legon Cities host league leaders FC Samartex 1996 at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu on match day-25 of the Ghana Premier League match on Wednesday.

Cities, who have played a game less, have an outstanding match against Dreams FC.

Asante Kotoko will host Nsoatreman FC at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Thursday at 18:00 GMT (6pm).

Asante Kotoko currently sit 8th place on the league table with 33 points after matchday24 and are winless in their last 5 league games.

The Porcupine Warriors have managed to accumulate just  18 points at home this season, scoring 9 and conceding 7 league goals, the 2nd lowest in the league so far and have lost their last two home matches.
