Liberty Professionals managed a 1-0 win against Tema Youth at the Carl Reindorf Park on Wednesday.

Ebenezer Assifouh scored in the 64th minute to return Liberty to winning ways following their derby defeat to Hearts of Oak over the weekend.

Tema Youth, winless in five consecutive matches have dropped to 11th place, three points clear from the relegation bracket.

They now head back home for their first derby in the Premier League when they play against Amiduas Professionals on Sunday.
