King Faisal CEO Ibrahim Mohammed charged for misconduct

Ibrahim Mohammed (CEO of King Faisal) has been charged for misconduct in respect of their GN Bank Division One League match against Proud United played at Ofankor-Kasoa on April, 26.

During the match, Ibrahim Mohammed, the Chief Executive Officer of King Faisal FC failed to control himself in the inner perimeter by challenging decisions of the referee against his club, raining verbal assaults the match officials, instigated the supporters against the referees and promised to assault referee Patrick Okyere anytime he is appointed to handle a match in Kumasi contrary to the stipulations of the football regulations.

He has hereby charged for a breach of Article 56 and 58 of the Disciplinary Code and Articles 35(2), 35(3)(c) and 35(7)(d) of the GFA General Regulations in respect of this match.

Mr. Mohammed is expected to submit his written Statement of Defence to the charge(s) on or before May 14, 2015 on or before 5pm at the GFA Secretariat or through email address to the Disciplinary Committee [email protected] failing which the Disciplinary Committee shall proceed to adjudicate the case without his Statement of Defence.

Should he choose Defence Options 3 (Personal Hearing) in his Statement of Defence, he will attend the Disciplinary Committee, Friday, May 15, 2015 at 4pm at the GFA Secretariat to answer to the charge(s), failure which the Disciplinary Committee shall proceed to adjudicate the case in his absence.
