KFC Samosa Technical Adviser Samuel Bonnah charged for misconduct

Technical Adviser for KFC Samosa Samuel Bonnah has been charged for a breach of Articles 56 and 58 of the GFA Disciplinary Code and Articles 35(1)(a), 35(3)(c), 35(7)(d) and 35(9) of the GFA General Regulations in respect of this match.

On or about the 8th minute of their GN Bank Division One League match against Karela, when a penalty was whistled against his team, Samuel Bonnah (Technical Adviser of KFC Samosa FC) rushed onto the field of play, insulted and attempted to physically assault the match referee but for the timely intervention of the security personnel on duty in violation of the GFA Regulations.

The team adviser is required to submit a written Statement of Defence to the charge(s) on or before Thursday, August 6, 2015 on or before 5pm at the GFA Secretariat or through email address to the Disciplinary Committee [email protected], failing which the Disciplinary Committee shall proceed to adjudicate the case without the Statement of Defence.

Should he choose Defence Options 3 (Personal Hearing) in the Statement of Defence, the Disciplinary Committee will inform him of a date on which to attend the hearing at the GFA Secretariat to answer to the charge(s), failure which the Disciplinary Committee shall proceed to adjudicate the case in his absence.
