Dreams FC ended the month of January on a high with a five-match winless run as they recorded three wins and three draws to make up for their poor start to the campaign.

The man responsible for their turn around is Serbian trainer Vladislav Viric who took over from Winfred Dormon in December 2020.

The former Vision FC coach began his journey with an away draw against King Faisal before recording victories against Ebusua Dwarfs (2-1), Liberty Professionals (4-1) and WAFA (3-0). The Dawu based club picked up vital draws against Bechem United and Elmina Sharks to end the month of January unbeaten.

In all, Dreams FC scored 10 goals and conceded 5 in January, a performance that has earned the head trainer, coach of the month nomination.

Fahadu Suleyman who has discovered his scoring boots has netted twice in his last two games for the Still Believe lads, taking some of the goal scoring burden off Joseph Esso, Issah Ibrahim and Agyenim Boateng.

On Sunday, they have to play above themselves against Eleven Wonders at the Ohene Ameyaw park in Techiman. Wonders have gone two games without a win and hope to beat Dreams FC to get back on track.

In midweek, they settled for a 0-0 draw with Elmina Sharks at home.

Abdul Mugeese Zakaria and Prince Okraku will be playing against their parent club for the first time this season.

Dreams FC’s emphatic 3-0 win against WAFA on Wednesday is a big statement.
