The Home based Black Stars will switch camp to the West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) Park in Sogakope on Saturday as they continue preparations for next week’s CHAN qualifier against Ivory Coast.

The second leg match of the 2016 CHAN final qualifiers has been scheduled for Friday October 30 at the Stade Robert Champroux in Abidjan at 3:30pm (2:30 GMT).

Coach Maxwell Konadu’s side who have been camping in Obuasi, will move to Sogakope to train on the astro turf. This is to get accustomed to the pitch which is similar to the one on which the return leg will be played in Abidjan.

The Black Stars will go into the game with an advantage after winning the first leg tie 2-1 at the Kumasi Stadium last weekend.

The Ghanaian side will hope for a positive result in the return leg which would see them secure qualification for a fourth appearance at the 2015 CHAN to be staged in Rwanda.

A contingent made up of the 20-players, technical team and management members will travel to Abidjan on Wednesday to continue preparations for Friday's match.
