Ghana booked their place in the final round of qualifying for the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup after beating South Africa 3-0 on Saturday in Accra.

The Black Princesses will play either Tunisia or Kenya over two legs after completing a 5-0 aggregate win against the Basetsana.

Priscilla Saahene opened the scoring for Ghana at the Accra Sports Stadium before Janet Ayinem scored the second.

Elizabeth Addo wrapped up victory with the third goal when she scored from a spot kick to send the Black Princesses to the last round stage of qualifying.

Ghana are now within touching distance of a place at the World Cup to be staged in Japan later in August.

The last knockout round will involve four teams including Ghana, out of which Africa’s two representatives will emerge. Matches in this stage will be played on 4 and 20 May 2012.

The Black Princesses made their World Cup debut in the Germany 2010 U-20 Women's World Cup finals.
