The Football Association will on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, host separate mid-season review meetings for referees officiating in the Premier League, Division One League and the Women’s Premier League as part of efforts to enhance the standard of match officiating across Ghanaian football.

The meetings are aimed at assessing refereeing performances in the first half of the season, identifying key challenges and exploring practical measures to improve consistency, decision-making and overall officiating standards as the competitions progress into the second half of the campaign.

According to the schedule, Premier League referees will meet at 5pm followed by Division One League referees at 6:30pm  with Women’s Premier League referees concluding the day’s engagements at 8pm.

The GFA expects the structured reviews to provide a valuable platform for feedback, education and alignment, reinforcing the importance of high-quality officiating in maintaining the integrity, competitiveness and credibility of the domestic leagues.
