The Football Association will on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, organise a comprehensive mid-season review meeting for Match Commissioners in the Premier League, Division One League and the Women’s Premier League, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen match organisation and administration across Ghanaian football.
The staggered engagement will begin with Premier League Match Commissioners at 5pm, followed by the Division One League commissioners at 6pm before concluding with the Women’s Premier League Match Commissioners at 7pm.
The review is expected to assess the performance of match commissioners during the first half of the season, address operational challenges encountered on matchdays, and reinforce best practices in the second half of the campaign. The meetings will also provide a platform for feedback, capacity building and alignment with FA regulations and standards.
The Football Association aims to enhance professionalism, consistency and efficiency in match management, ensuring improved coordination among stakeholders and the smooth running of league competitions for the remainder of the season and beyond.
